Bathroom very clean with new fixtures and good shower; convenient parking and access; bed was very comfortable; in-room climate control very functional; bacon and eggs at breakfast were delicious.

Convenient location. Very comfortable bed! Good breakfast. Loved being able to get coffee 24 hours. Close enough to a lot of attractions without being so close to the crowds.

The location is good for hiking nearby. We used the pool a lot. The waffle maker for breakfast was a nice bonus. There are restaurants a short drive away.

It was clean, comfortable, and updated. The breakfast was free and very good (the kids loved the pancake machine!). Every staff member we interacted with was exceptional (coming from a former hotel employee of the Mirage in Las Vegas I know what good service should look like). We were thrilled that they had a room for us because the expensive resort we booked first gave us a room with no A/C during a heat advisory! I was also very very happy that we were able to leave one day early without penalty as the weather on our final day was forecasted to be terrible. I would 100% stay here again and was very impressed overall.

Personable check-in. Comfortable room/bathroom/bed/etc. Nice fridge (size) with freezer compartment. Great breakfast (warm). Short drive to grocery store.

The room was very nice with a nice view of the mountains. I also loved that the window opened so we could let in the fresh air. It was a nice cool night. The location, easily accessible from the interstate and close to Franconia, was a real plus.

Nicely appointed modern hotel. Mostly updated and clean. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was included. Nice coffee set up in room and in lobby. Beds were comfortable, sheets and pillow cases fresh and clean. I've stayed with Best Western in Switzerland, Italy, France , and the USA. I like the standards upheld by this chain around the world. Will stay with them again and again. A bit pricier than some of their competitors but worth the extra $$ and they have a rewards program if you book directly with their site. Lots of amenities but I never got to use them .

Good variety, food was appropriately warm or cold. Coffee was good and they offer coffee syrup and real milk not just non dairy creamer.
